How do I register my account?

You can register your account by clicking on this link: https://napps.securedocumenttrading.com/Account/Register

NOTE: Be sure to use the email address that is associated with your NAPPS listing.

You will receive a confirmation email, with a confirmation link.  Use that link to get logged into the Secure Document Trading site and set up your profile.

After saving your profile, you might receive a message that says “this profile looks like it could be a duplicate”.  That is OK, as we might have a record for your company, or a similar company already listed in our database.  Email us at Support@securedocumenttrading.com and let us know you’ve received the above message, and we will help you get past it.

After you have successfully saved your profile, you may claim your NAPPS listing.  To do this, click on the NAPPS menu option towards the bottom left of the navigation pane.  Search for your name, and click “Claim”. 

The “Send Work Now” button will be available on your record in NAPPS.org in about 48 hours.
