Oregon HB2618 Proposes Increases for Sheriff Fees

The proposed fee increases are as follows:

$45 ($36) for a summons, subpoena, citation, order and notice;

$25 ($20) for additional persons at the sam address;

$80 ($70) for seizure and sale of property and  enforcement of writs;

$50 ($30) for a sheriff's deed or certificate of redemption;

$45 ($40) for a round trip of more than 75 miles;

The court Administrator would now have the ability to increase these rates yearly based on the cost of living multiplier.
