UIHJ/Russian Federation of Baliffs Joint Forum
The UIHJ and the Russian Federation of Bailiffs held a joint forum in Sochi, Russia last week. The topic was
: "State and private enforcement systems: comparative analysis and the best practices" There were 40 countries in attendance and 66 delegations. I gave a presentation on the enforcement of judgments in the United States, which was well received. The UIHJ was represented by it's President and 6 board members.
