Vendor Members

Policy No. 1 D. Vendor Member

This class of membership is open to any person whose primary business is providing related services to the process serving profession. Vendor Members shall not have voting rights and shall not be eligible to hold any elected position on the Board of Directors. This class of membership shall not be entitled to receive certain NAPPS products or services that may create a conflict of interest, as determined by the Board of Directors. Annual dues will be set for this class of membership by the Board of Directors at any regularly scheduled board meeting.
